Welcome to my world as I work towards my visions of service and develop my professional path.
I recently completed a master's degree in Integrative Health Studies with a focus in Sound Voice Healing at California Institute of Integral Studies.
My choice to study Integrative Health emerged as a result of dealing with my sensitive nature to internal and external environments, and my experiences of incorporating spirituality, self-inquiry, and intuitive capacities to health and healing. My particular interest lies in bio-individuality and cultivating our intuitive capacities that can guide us to appropriate care to be our optimal selves.
Through each of my interests, I assist by providing a safe, strong and stable container in which people can explore their highest potential, and by providing guidance and nourishment through the process.
